To deliver on its ambitions and current growth, Tiberghien is currently looking for a Tax Associate Private Equity & M&A to join its team in Brussels!

What will you do?
As a Tax Associate Private Equity & M&A, you will be part of a team that specializes in M&A and Private Equity.
You will guide the entire M&A process: (i) restructuring the business, (ii) setting up an optimal investment structure, (iii) performing tax due diligence (buyer and seller side) and (iv) post-acquisition structuring.
Furthermore, you will assist Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, general partners and limited partners in structuring and setting up funds, as well as structuring incentive plans for the managers.
For international tax transactions, you can rely on an extensive global network of tax offices. This allows us to assemble an appropriate international team for each case that always fully meets our clients' expectations.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
You have a Master's degree in Law, with an additional degree in Taxation;
You have 2 to 8 years of experience within a corporate tax practice, and any experience advising on M&A and Private Equity is a plus.
You are Dutch or French-speaking, with knowledge of the other language as well as a good knowledge of English;
You are sociable and inspire confidence in clients;
You are a team player with strong communication skills and a healthy dose of entrepreneurship;
You are accurate and able to make thorough analyses and provide creative, practical solutions.
You are eager to learn, persistent and discrete.
