Mainly, we need you to work your magic in: Business Development – you contribute to Limine’s growth by : - attracting new clients and new legal talent for interim assignments and permanent vacancies; - being in charge of a dedicated selection of different clients and handling projects from pitch, intake, personal guidance in matching to follow-up; In-depth interviewing and vetting of legal talent and provide career advice. Participate to marketing campaigns and business events. Secondly, we would love it if you: Are creative and know your way around in social media (LinkedIn) and marketing. Assist in any way to help us grow further. What does our ideal candidate look like? You have a Master’s in Law; You have at least 5 years of experience in a business environment or business law firm. If you have experience in business development or as a recruiter in high profiles such as legal or other domains, that would be a plus. You are ready to make the switch from a purely legal role to HR for legal talent, you have great business development skills and have a knack for IT and IT-based solutions. You are Dutch speaking (native or bilingual) and have an excellent oral and written command of French and English. You have a fluent communication style and you are basically a nice person with a great attitude. You like to interact daily with people and are genuinely interested in how you can help them further. You like it that no day is the same at the office. In other words, you are able to adapt to urgencies and prioritize quickly.
