Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the team, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain and organize filing systems.

Recruitment Operations Assistance:

Support recruiters in coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in creating job postings and updating vacancy listings on various platforms.
Help manage contracts and documentation for interim legal professionals and clients.

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events, including webinars, client meetings, and team-building activities.
Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Management Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (experience in the staffing, recruitment, or legal industry is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in Dutch, French and English
